After progressing in the leisure and hospitality industry it was always my longterm aim to eventually open and operate my own strength and conditioning training facility. I began personal training in 1998 and have over 25 years training experience. I have always considered training a necessary component of everyday life, more so as we get older where we tend to fall into a more sedentary lifestyle. Training should be fun and exciting and we achieve this by using a variety of equipment and training methods.
