Tonic Courses

“Increase fitness levels, build muscle and burn fat with an emphasis on using correct technique.”

Strength Lab offers two courses, both run for 6 weeks at a time. Tonic & Tonic Fitness are suitable for all levels of fitness and exercises, can be adapted to your ability.

  • Tonic - 3 days (6:00am or 7:15am | Mon Wed & Thur)

  • Tonic Fitness - 2 days (9:30am - Mon & Wed)

Note: Tonic & Tonic Fitness continuously run throughout the year, allowing you to continue your training experience and development.

Tonic: £180

6 Week Course | 3 days (6:00am or 7:15am | Mon Wed & Thu)

LEARN: Build Confidence - Learn the exercises & movements and start building up fitness levels 

PRACTICE: Practise makes perfect - less emphasis on weight and focus on perfecting technique, whilst building strength and fitness 

PROGRESS: competence is high, technique is on point, gradual increase in intensity through load and performance.

Tonic Fitness: 6 Week Course

Three main focus areas of Tonic Fitness: Sustainable, Strength and Technique.

Sustainable - it’s not about maximum effort, it’s about keeping to a sustainable pace for YOU

Strength - Chose a light to medium weight and build sustainable strength to improve mobility, strength and bulletproof your body and protect against injuries. 

Technique - Focus on performing each exercise correctly and efficiently, once we are comfortable with an exercise, then we can steadily increase the intensity. 

Finished a course? what now?

At the end of the course, you will be feeling great, have confidence in strength training and a good base of fitness - but what now?

Repeat another 6 weeks - as you have already completed a cycle of learning and practising we can now push forward and develop what we have learnt. As you advance we will introduce new exercises, progressions and stimulus to keep you improving and hitting your goals.

Personal Training 1:1 or 3:1 - if you’ve made friends or training partners you could book in for group personal training and have a specific course designed especially for you and colleagues
