A Private training gym, based in the Gower specialising in Personal Training, Small Group Training and Fitness Classes
The Training.
Personal Training: a personal programme specifically designer for you, this can be on a 1:1 basis or you can train with a friend or family member.
Small Group Training: Train with like minded individuals following a structured programme designed to build strength, improve mobility and increase fitness levels.
Fitness Class: A full body workout using functional movements to build strength and fitness.

Be an Everyday Athlete.

I get excited about going to a session because I can see week on week the difference it is making to me physically which in turn has an effect on mental strength too. I am so looking forward to continuing my journey with Strength Lab - I know it’s cliched but I really feel like a new me!

Since starting the classes I have stopped getting random aches and pains developed from sitting at a desk all day, and it has brought on my running massively. I can highly recommend the classes or PT sessions to anyone, whatever your level of fitness - just starting out through to seasoned athletes.

Great personal training. Week on week I am seeing huge differences to my strength, mobility and stamina. The gym is amazing with everything you could need to mix up all levels of training.
