Price Increase from May 2026
Session costs will be increasing in May from £12.50 to £15 per session.
This increase is to help balance out my increasing running costs and to allow continue investment in equipment and facilities at the gym this in turn will allow me to keep improving and delivering the standards of training I’d like to provide.
Wow!!! - 5 YEARS
May 2026 marks the 5th year of Strength Lab, its gone so quickly that its hard to believe, I’d like to say a big thank you to all of you who have helped build a great community feel and at the same time for being so strong and dedicated. I really appreciate all the effort and PR’s that we have achieved so far and look forward to all our future training together.
