Training in small groups (max 4 people), following a programme designed to build sustainable strength and fitness.
Coaching is our priority and take a hands-on approach with feedback given, ensuring a safe and effective training experience.
Training will involve pushing, pulling, carrying, lungeing, squatting using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and functional modalities that will improve strength, fitness, body composition, cardiovascular health and mobility.

HYBRID CIRCUIT TRAINING is a 40 minute full body circuit workout with functional movements that are scalable and suitable for all fitness levels.
