Initial Training Consultation £35 (1-1.5hr)

Signing up for personal training at a new gym is a big deal, to see if we’re a good fit and you like what we do, we offer a no commitment taster session. The Taster session allows us to meet, chat about your goals and train a little.

The training can be a gentle run through of our warm ups, fitness and strength training, or it can be a ‘typical’ session for you to sample what we can offer.

The Training.

Each client begins with an initial one to one consultation, we will go over your goals, training experience, injury history and run through a typical training session.

[Please note. If you sign up to one of our training options this session is included]

Training will involve a balance of resistance training and functional modalities that will improve strength, fitness, body composition, cardiovascular health and mobility.

Coaching is our priority and take a hands-on approach with feedback given, ensuring a safe and effective training experience.

Where to start.

 

Step One.

To start your training journey we have designed a three week training block. In these three weeks we aim to build your confidence by practising specific exercises and movements and start building your strength and fitness. It will also give us the opportunity to get to know you and how best to design a programme personalised to you.

Step Two.

After completing the intro course, we will now offer you two options before setting up your six week training block. Option one is to train in a 1:1 scenario similar to your initial three weeks training. Option two is to move into a small group format and train with like minded individuals of up to 4 clients training at one time.

Training Packages.

If you would like flexibility with booking your PT sessions, then we offer training sessions which can be booked as and when you are available to train.

We also offer couples, family & small group training packages suitable if you would like to train with family and friends. Please contact us for more information.

 

1:1 6 Week Training Block - £360

One to One Training, 2 sessions per week for 6 Weeks

2:1 6 Week Training Block - £240

Two Clients Training, 2 sessions per week for 6 weeks

3:1 6 Week Training Block - £180

Three Clients Training, 2 sessions per week for 6 weeks
