GRT FITNESS.
GRT Fitness is a full body circuit workout with functional movements that are scalable and suitable for all fitness levels.
Build Strength, increase fitness levels and burn fat with our circuit training fitness class using Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Sandbags, Med Balls, Ropes, TRX bands, Bikes, Rowers, Ski Ergs and more adaptable movements suitable for all levels of fitness.
Classes start with an active warm-up followed by a run through and demonstration of the exercises. Once the workout starts you work your way around the circuit with rest periods in-between exercises and rounds.

Courses
Small Group Training.
6 Week training course to increase your fitness levels, build muscle and burn fat.
A six week course, training three times per week, with a focus on gaining strength and increasing fitness levels with an emphasis on using correct technique.
These courses will continuously run throughout the year, allowing you to continue your training experience and development.
