If your a complete beginner then we’ve got you!

We will coach you through each movement in the gym and explain why we do each exercise and how to progress.

How can we help you?

We have three training options: Small Group Training, Personal Training and HYBRID Group Training.

Small Group Training involves training with like-minded individuals (maximum 4 clients), following a training programme aimed at improving your strength and fitness. We keep a record each session and aim to safely progress your training over a 6 week training block.

Personal Training is ideal for clients who would like a 1:1 training experience. We will design a training and nutritional programme specific to your personal goals.

HYBRID Group Training are designed for all levels and have up to 12 clients per class. Classes will build your strength and fitness and bulletproof your body against injuries.

We offer sample taster sessions: this is ideal to see what we offer, how we warm up and train. If you have any concerns whether we’re the right fit, then give a sample session a go.

Injured, broken, rehabbing.

We can work alongside your therapist. If you are seeing a therapist and they are advising you to do resistant training to help rehab - then we can work with them and you in a 1:1 environment.
