SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Train with like-minded individuals with similar goals to get fitter, stronger, improve body composition and build a body that feels good and looks great.

THE TRAINING.

Train two days per week with an optional third group class

  • 1hr training sessions (including warm ups and cool downs)

  • Fully coached sessions & classes

  • A maximum of 4 clients per group

  • Suitable for beginners

DAYS & TIMES:

Small Group Training

  • Monday & Wednesdays at 6:00am, 7:00am or 9:30am

Large Group Training (Hybrid Circuit Training)

  • Tuesday & Thursdays 6:00am

Finished a training block? what now?

At the end of the training block, you will be feeling great, have confidence in strength training and a good base of fitness - but what now?

1. Repeat another 6 weeks? - as you have already completed a cycle of learning and practising we can now push forward and develop what we have learnt. As you advance we will introduce new exercises, progressions and stimulus to keep you improving and hitting your goals.

2. Large Group Training Classes - help develop your conditioning and fitness levels with our morning classes.

3. Personal Training 1:1 or 3:1 - if you’ve made friends or training partners you could book in for group personal training and have a specific course designed especially for you and colleagues
