Small Group Training

“Train with up to 4 clients in a semi private environment”

Training Details.

Time: 9am - 3pm - choose a time slot (training session last 1 hour)

Days: Train Monday to Friday.

Two training sessions a week with each training block commitment lasting 6 weeks.

Newbies.

If you are new to training, rather than throw you in the deep end, you will have a 3 week beginners course to teach you the correct technique and build a base of strength and fitness. These sessions are in small groups of 1-2 clients.
