Strength Lab offers two courses, both run for 6 weeks at a time. Tonic & Tonic Fitness are suitable for all levels of fitness and exercises, can be adapted to your ability.
Tonic - 3 days (6:00am or 7:15am | Mon Wed & Thur)
Note: Tonic Training continuously run throughout the year, allowing you to continue your training experience and development.
