Finished a course? what now?
At the end of the course, you will be feeling great, have confidence in strength training and a good base of fitness - but what now?
Repeat another 6 weeks - as you have already completed a cycle of learning and practising we can now push forward and develop what we have learnt. As you advance we will introduce new exercises, progressions and stimulus to keep you improving and hitting your goals.
Fancy a change? Try our Fitness Classes or our other Tonic courses, they will help maintain your strength levels achieved through the course and help develop your conditioning and fitness levels.
Personal Training 1:1 or 3:1 - if you’ve made friends or training partners you could book in for group personal training and have a specific course designed especially for you and colleagues
